Employee Wellness - Cultural Traditions & Values
We are now sending out take-away materials every Monday that are related to the Wellness Hour from the week prior. These handouts and materials should be accessible and easy to use as a way to take a moment to connect with yourself and your sense of wellness. Please take a look at the handout that is attached which includes 2 short exercises that are related to the theme of Cultural Traditions & Values.
